Jyn took his hand and squeezed it gently, appreciative, the same apologetic look on her face. This wasn't what she wanted, she thought — but then, the one constant, or at least the one constant that wasn't Cassian, about all of this was that she didn't know what she wanted. That still held true now. She had a feeling it wouldn't be changing anytime soon. All of this was too complicated, too impossible.
